🍪 DROP 101 - HOW SFU! DROPS WORK.
SFU! cookies are released through Drops — limited ordering windows where we bake fresh, small-batch cookies to order.

Drops happen weekly and open from Friday 9am to Sunday 9pm. Once the Drop window closes (or sells out), it’s gone — we don’t restock or keep cookies constantly available.

All Drop orders are baked fresh after the window closes and are dispatched on Tuesday & Wednesday following the Drop.

If you miss a Drop, you’ll need to wait for the next one. Occasionally, very limited leftover stock may appear, but this isn’t guaranteed.

The best way to catch a Drop? Join the mailing list, follow us on Instagram, and don’t wait until Sunday night 😉

🍪 ARE YOUR DESSERTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
No! Our desserts contain alcohol — so they’re strictly for the grown-ups! While some of the alcohol bakes out, some definitely remain, so they’re not suitable for anyone under 18.  If any little hands manage to break into the box… well, we bear zero responsibility — but we do admire their determination.

🚚 WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver all across the UK (sorry, no international cookie runs just yet — but we’re working on it). 

🚚 DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Nope — our boozy treats are sent out via tracked delivery so if you’re out, the courier will follow the usual drill (safe place or collection). They're too naughty to sit around for long, though… so don’t keep them waiting.

🚚 HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Our cookies are baked fresh to order after each Drop window closes.  All Drop orders are dispatched on Tuesday & Wednesday following the Drop using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Dispatched within 1–2 working days
Tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order is on its way.

🍪 ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?
Vegetarians - Yes! Our products are made without gelatine or other sneaky animal by-products.
Vegans: Not yet! But we’re working on some plant-based magic! Stay tuned.

🍪 ARE YOUR DESSERTS HALAL OR KOSHER?
Since our products contain alcohol and other non-kosher items, they wouldn’t be considered Halal or certified Kosher.

🍪DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
No, not yet but we’re working on it! 

🍪 DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
Some do, some don’t, but all are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. If you have a nut allergy, we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND our products.  For all other allergies, please check the product descriptions and proceed with caution.

🍪 CAN I ORDER FOR A FUTURE DATE?
Drop orders can’t be scheduled for specific future dates.
All cookies are baked fresh after the Drop window closes and shipped on the scheduled dispatch days for that Drop.
If you need cookies for a specific date, we recommend planning around our Drop schedule.
