🍪 DROP ORDERS FAQs
SFU! cookies are released through Drops — limited ordering windows where we bake fresh, small-batch cookies to order.
Drops happen weekly and open from Friday 9am to Sunday 9pm. Once the Drop window closes (or sells out), it’s gone until the next drop.
All Drop orders are baked fresh after the window closes and are dispatched on Tuesday & Wednesday following the Drop.
If you miss a Drop, don't worry! You can still order our core flavours and Build Your Boozy Box through our Skip The Drop service, with priority dispatch available all week. Please note that exclusive Drop flavours are only available during their scheduled Drop window.

WHAT IS SKIP THE DROP?
Skip The Drop is our priority dispatch service, allowing you to order your favourite SFU cookies outside of our normal weekly Drop schedule. Core flavours and Build Your Boozy Box are available all week, with orders dispatched within 2–3 working days.
CAN I ORDER DROP FLAVOURS THROUGH SKIP THE DROP?
No. Drop flavours are exclusive to our weekly drops and are not available through Skip The Drop.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched within 3 working days.
ARE THE COOKIES FRESHLY BAKED?
Absolutely. Every order is baked to order and dispatched fresh.
CAN I CHOOSE MY FLAVOURS?
Yes! All core SFU flavours and Build Your Boozy Box are available through Skip The Drop.
IS SKIP THE DROP AVAILABLE ALL WEEK?
Skip The Drop is available all week, subject to available baking slots.
WHY DOES SKIP THE DROP COST MORE?
Skip The Drop is a premium service that prioritises your order outside of our normal drop schedule, allowing us to bake and dispatch your cookies sooner.
CAN I COMBINE SKIP THE DROP PRODUCTS AND DROP PRODUCTS IN THE SAME ORDER?
No. Skip The Drop™ and Drop orders cannot be combined and must be purchased separately.
🍪GENERAL FAQs
ARE YOUR DESSERTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
No! Our desserts contain alcohol — so they’re strictly for the grown-ups! While some of the alcohol bakes out, some definitely remain, so they’re not suitable for anyone under 18. If any little hands manage to break into the box… well, we bear zero responsibility — but we do admire their determination.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver all across the UK (sorry, no international cookie runs just yet — but we’re working on it).
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
No. Our orders are sent using tracked delivery and Royal Mail will provide updates on your delivery. If you're not home, Royal Mail will follow their usual delivery procedures.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Drop Orders
Orders placed during a Drop are dispatched on Tuesday and Wednesday following the close of the Drop window using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Skip The Drop Orders
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched within 3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Boozy Spreads
Dispatched within 1–2 working days
Tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order is on its way.
**Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?
Vegetarians - Yes! Our products are made without gelatine or other sneaky animal by-products.
Vegans: Not yet! But we’re working on some plant-based magic! Stay tuned.
ARE YOUR DESSERTS HALAL OR KOSHER?
Since our products contain alcohol and other non-kosher items, they wouldn’t be considered Halal or certified Kosher.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
No, not yet but we’re working on it!
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
Some do, some don’t, but all are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. If you have a nut allergy, we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND our products. For all other allergies, please check the product descriptions and proceed with caution.
WHERE CAN I SEE A FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS?

CAN I ORDER FOR A FUTURE DATE?
Drop orders can’t be scheduled for specific future dates and will be dispatched on the scheduled dispatch days for that Drop.
If you need cookies for a specific date, we recommend using our Skip The Drop service and placing your order in advance to allow sufficient time for dispatch and delivery.
