Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be thrilled with every fudgy bite — but if something’s gone wrong, we’ve got your back (within reason, of course 😉).
Customer Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — (I mean, that's crazy 😏 ) but we get it.
Because SFU! operates on a Drop model, all orders are planned and baked in small batches after the Drop window closes.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the Drop window is still open and your order hasn’t been locked into production.
Once the Drop closes, orders are confirmed for baking and can’t be cancelled, amended, or refunded — at that point, the cookies are already on their way to greatness and sadly can’t be un-fudged.
Issues or Faults
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or looking anything less than irresistible, please email us at hello@sofudgedup.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll assess the issue and either refund you or send out a replacement — whichever makes the most sense. Because no one deserves sad desserts. Ever.
Wrong Delivery Address
Please double (triple) check your delivery info before placing your order.
If a package goes missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we sadly can’t offer a refund or replacement. We're good, but we’re not psychic.
That said, if you spot an error straight after ordering, drop us:

- Message us via our contact page ASAP
If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
