Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be thrilled with every fudgy bite — but if something’s gone wrong, we’ve got your back (within reason, of course 😉).
Customer Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — (I mean, that's crazy ) but we get it.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t already been started, baked, boxed, or shipped. After that, your desserts are on their way to greatness and sadly can’t be un-fudged.
Issues or Faults
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or looking anything less than irresistible, please email us at hello@sofudgedup.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll assess the issue and either refund you or send out a replacement — whichever makes the most sense. Because no one deserves sad desserts. Ever.
Wrong Delivery Address
Please double (triple) check your delivery info before placing your order.
If a package goes missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we sadly can’t offer a refund or replacement. We're good, but we’re not psychic.
That said, if you spot an error straight after ordering, drop us:

- Message us via our contact page ASAP
If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
