Our Colada Crush is a golden, velvety cookie baked with freeze-dried pineapple, Belgian white chocolate, desiccated coconut and Malibu coconut rum.  She’s dipped in a Malibu–coconut–pineapple cream glaze, crowned with toasted coconut flakes and candied pineapple, then drizzled with a golden white chocolate finish.
